If You Connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Account
If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to a Cavmir service and want your data deleted, here is how:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email associated with your account, or use the "Disconnect & delete my data" button in your client dashboard.
- We delete the data we stored to operate your service — your Facebook Page ID, Instagram account ID, and access token — within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
- You can also revoke Cavmir Social Publisher's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites. This immediately invalidates our access token.
What Gets Deleted
- Your Facebook Page ID and Page name
- Your Instagram professional account ID and username
- The access token that authorized us to publish on your behalf
That is everything we store from Meta's platform. We never collect follower lists, audience data, messages, or insights, so there is nothing else to delete.
Any Other Data
To request deletion of any other personal data we hold — contact form submissions, email correspondence, or client account details — email [email protected] or [email protected]. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
