Airbnb Website Design

A Website
for Your Airbnb.

A site of your own for the home you list on Airbnb: your name, your photos, your area guides and your reviews, with a Book on Airbnb button on every page. No booking engine or PMS needed, and the site can take direct bookings later.

Why a Home on Airbnb Needs Its Own Website

A listing page belongs to the platform: its address is Airbnb’s, its layout is Airbnb’s, and it sits next to every other home in your town. A guest who loved the stay and searches your home’s name a year later should land on a page that is yours. Cavmir builds that page, and the 39 behind it: the home and its rooms, your area guides, your reviews and the booking and legal pages, written for the searches guests make before they choose a home. Every page carries a button that opens your Airbnb listing, so the booking still happens where you are set up to take it. When you later run a PMS, the same site becomes a direct booking website with live rates and checkout in the PMS. The design work is the same on both; the vacation rental website design page shows the packages and the sites we have built.

Your name and domain

The home gets a name if it has none, a domain registered to you, and a site that looks like the place, not like a listing.

Area guides guests search for

Two market-targeted blog posts in the Starter Website, ten in Mid Tier, twenty in Full, each written for a search your guests make.

Your reviews, on your site

Platform reviews shown with the reviewer’s name, and their photo where the platform shows one, marked up so search engines and AI tools can read them.

Book on Airbnb, or inquire

A button to your listing on every page and an inquiry form that reaches your inbox. Direct booking can be added when you are ready.

Airbnb Homes With Their Own Websites

OASENA came to Cavmir as an Airbnb listing and now has a name, its own domain, a hero film and 35 Singer Island guides. Each site below is live; each case study sets out what the build included.

Rules the site follows

What a U.S. Rental Website Has to Show

Laws differ by state and city, so confirm your own obligations with a local attorney. These are the checks every Cavmir site is built to pass.

Licence and tax numbers

Many places require a rental’s registration or tax number on every advert, and a website counts as one. Hawaii publishes warning notices to hosts whose online listings lack their Transient Accommodations Tax ID and warns of fines of no less than $500 a day. Your site carries the same numbers your listing must show.

Photos, privacy and accessibility

Your own photos or licensed ones with every credit shown; analytics that load only after a visitor accepts cookies; and an automated WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility scan before launch. These run together as the TrollBuster™ compliance scan, described in full on the direct booking website page.

FAQ

A Website for Your Airbnb:
Questions, Answered

Can I have my own website if I only list on Airbnb?

Yes. The site presents the home under your own name and domain and sends guests to your Airbnb or Vrbo listing to book, or takes inquiries by form. You keep the listing; the website gives the people who search for the home by name, or for your area, a page that is yours.

What does the website link to?

Every page carries a button that opens your Airbnb listing (and your Vrbo listing if you have one), plus an inquiry form that reaches your inbox. Nothing on the site asks a guest to pay outside the platform.

Do I need a property management system?

No. The Starter Website runs with no PMS and no booking engine. When direct demand justifies it, the site moves to the direct booking website setup: live availability and prices from Hostaway, Guesty or Hospitable, and checkout in the PMS.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

The Starter Website is $1,475 during the Fall Special (regular price $3,278): 40 pages for up to two properties, two market-targeted blog posts, basic SEO and your custom domain for 12 months, built in two to three weeks. Current prices are on the pricing page.

I have two listings. Is that one site or two?

One site: the Starter Website covers up to two properties, Mid Tier up to three and Full with Direct Booking up to five, each home with its own pages under one brand.

Who owns the site?

You do: the domain is registered in your name, and the code, content, photos and analytics are yours at launch.

What do you need from me to start?

The link to your listing, your photos (the listing's set is enough to start), and about an hour for the strategy conversation. If the photography is weak we say so early, because a website is a delivery system for images.
