An oceanfront residence, named and built to book direct
OASENA is a private two-bedroom residence on the twelfth floor of the Amrit Ocean Resort on Singer Island, Florida — floor-to-ceiling Atlantic views, a sweeping balcony, and a hundred-thousand-square-foot wellness center downstairs. It came to us as an Airbnb listing. We gave it a name, a domain, and a cinematic site built to fill its own calendar.
The residence sells itself once you see it. The hard part is getting found — people plan a Singer Island trip before they compare listings. So beyond the cinematic property site, we built a genuine content engine: the Island Companion, a set of researched, plain-language guides to Singer Island and the Palm Beaches, from the wellness center downstairs to where to eat and how to get around.
We named the brand OASENA and put it on its own domain, then wrapped the residence in a hero film, an interactive map of the island, and a guide library — the content layer that turns a Singer Island search into a direct booking.
