About this role

Cavmir manages multi-channel marketing for short-term rentals and boutique hotels in every market, in the united states and abroad. Paid media is the engine that scales bookings beyond what organic alone can deliver. We are looking for the senior operator who has moved client revenue with paid media at agency scale and is ready to own and scale Cavmir's paid practice from where it is today.

What you'll own

• Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic for the Cavmir client portfolio.
• Architect account structures, audience segments, bid strategies, and budget allocation per client per channel.
• Brief, approve, and iterate on ad creative in direct collaboration with the in-house creative team.
• Build and defend ROAS reports and attribution. We do not accept last-click as the final answer.
• Scale spend responsibly as client results justify it — no vanity budgets, no spending for the sake of looking busy.
• Test emerging platforms before competitors do — Reddit Ads, Pinterest, native programmatic, niche OTAs.
• Build and document the playbook so the practice can be staffed up as the agency grows.

What we expect

• 5+ years running paid media at agency or in-house scale — at least 2 of those running paid for multiple clients in parallel.
• Documented experience scaling paid spend across multiple accounts, with hard revenue or ROAS numbers you can show on a screen.
• Hospitality, real estate, luxury goods, or DTC consumer background — you understand high-intent buyers.
• Fluency with attribution. You can explain MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing without buzzwords.
• Operator instinct. You read campaigns daily, not weekly, and you make moves on bad data before reports are published.
• Direct, written, and verbal communication. You can defend a budget shift to a client in three sentences.
• Comfort building a function from where it is rather than inheriting one already mature.

• If you cannot show measurable client revenue or ROAS moved by paid media you personally ran, do not apply.
• If your case studies are limited to impressions, reach, CTR, or CPC without revenue or ROAS numbers, do not apply.
• If you cannot work with strict spend discipline, this is the wrong seat. Every dollar of new test spend routes through founder approval. We run lean. Budget freelancing has no home here.
• If you only know how to operate inside enterprise budgets and have no instinct for spending discipline, this is the wrong seat.

About this role

Cavmir is hiring a Social Media Manager to handle the daily execution across our client roster — posting, scheduling, community management, hashtag strategy, story sequences, and weekly performance reporting. You will manage 4–8 client accounts at a time, depending on complexity.

What you'll own

• Plan, write, and schedule weekly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for assigned clients.
• Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) using existing footage from the creative team.
• Reply to comments, DMs, and community questions on each client account within agreed SLA windows.
• Run hashtag, caption, and posting-time experiments and report what works in plain numbers.
• Coordinate with the Creative Director and on-site photographers for content gathering needs.
• Deliver a one-page weekly performance report per client with growth, engagement, saves, and bookings attributed.

What we expect

• 3+ years running brand or agency social accounts — show us the handles you have personally managed.
• You can show measurable account growth on at least one account (followers, reach, or saves moved by 3–10x).
• Native fluency with CapCut or Premiere Rush, Canva or Figma, and the native scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio).
• Sharp written voice. You can match a brand tone in three drafts or fewer.
• Self-managed. You run your own calendar and hit deadlines without reminders.
• Comfort with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.

Instagram is the single most decisive surface for short-term rental discovery. Cavmir is hiring a specialist whose entire focus is Instagram — feed, stories, reels, broadcast channels, collabs. You will turn real footage from the creative team into a coherent, premium feed per property — work with genuine editorial taste that never looks generic.

What you'll own

• Own the Instagram strategy and execution for every Cavmir client account — feed, reels, stories, broadcast channels.
• Produce a polished content mix per property: real photography, B-roll, and reels cut into a coherent feed.
• Maintain a defensible visual standard. Nothing publishes that looks generic, off-brand, or recognizably AI in the wrong way.
• Run reels A/B tests on hooks, captions, sounds, and thumbnails — report what works in numbers, not opinions.
• Manage Instagram collaborations with influencers and partner brands flagged by the marketing team.
• Stay 30 days ahead of platform changes — new formats, new features, new monetization rails.

What we expect

• 3+ years running brand Instagram accounts at scale. Personal accounts do not count.
• A sharp eye for motion, pacing, and sound design in short-form video.
• You have shipped at least one reel above 1M views or grown a brand account from <10K to 100K+ organic followers.
• Editorial taste. You understand why certain visual references work and others read as cheap.
• CapCut and Premiere Rush fluency. You can edit a 30-second reel from scratch in under 90 minutes.
• Hospitality, fashion, travel, or luxury brand background preferred.

About this role

Cavmir clients pay premium fees and expect premium responsiveness. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to own the front line — inbound questions, onboarding documentation, scheduling coordination, and clean ticket handoffs to the right specialist on the team.

What you'll own

• Respond to client inquiries via email and messaging within agreed SLA windows. No ticket falls through.
• Guide new clients through onboarding — document collection, intro calls, expectation setting.
• Maintain accurate, organized client records in the internal CRM.
• Triage incoming requests and route to the correct specialist (paid media, social, listing optimization, etc.).
• Flag client friction early to the Customer Success Manager before it becomes churn.
• Represent Cavmir with warmth and professionalism in every interaction — you are the brand on the phone.

What we expect

• 1+ years in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or front-office roles.
• Strong written and verbal English. Spanish or Portuguese is a meaningful plus.
• Highly organized. You handle 30+ tickets a day without dropping any.
• Calm under pressure. Difficult clients do not rattle you.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

About this role

The role manages day-to-day accounts payable and receivable for Cavmir Marketing and its sister entities. Vendor invoices, client billing, expense categorization, monthly reconciliations. The right person is obsessive about accuracy and never lets an entry sit untracked.

What you'll own

• Process vendor bills, employee expense reports, and contractor payments on a weekly cadence.
• Issue client invoices, track receivables, and send aging reminders before invoices go past due.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors monthly.
• Maintain clean expense categorization in QuickBooks (or equivalent) for clean monthly P&L.
• Coordinate with the external CPA on quarterly tax filings, 1099s, and year-end close.
• Flag unusual transactions, duplicate charges, and vendor pricing changes in writing to leadership.

What we expect

• 2+ years of AP/AR or full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Working fluency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar. Bonus for Stripe and Bill.com.
• Spreadsheet competence — you build and maintain reconciliation sheets without hand-holding.
• Discretion. You handle financial data and never discuss it outside the closed Slack channels.
• Comfort working with US-based and international entities (USD, BRL).
