About this role

Cavmir runs on Claude Code. We are hiring a senior engineer in India to design, build, and maintain the AI workflows everyone else at Cavmir operates inside — content production agents, campaign-analysis agents, client-reporting agents, and the integrations that connect Claude Code to our actual stack (Cloudflare Pages, Stripe, Hostex, Guesty, Wise, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite). This is a senior individual contributor role. You ship, you teach, and you stay 30 days ahead of every Anthropic Claude Code release.

What you'll own

• Design and ship the Cavmir Claude Code workflow library — agents, skills, hooks, MCPs, slash commands.
• Architect sub-agent pipelines for content production, campaign analysis, and client reporting.
• Integrate Claude Code with our existing stack: Cloudflare Pages, Stripe, Hostex, Guesty, Wise, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite.
• Teach the team: every workflow you ship comes with a short Loom or written walkthrough so non-engineers can run it.
• Stay 30 days ahead of Anthropic's Claude Code releases. Every new feature gets evaluated, and the useful ones get integrated.
• Own MCP server development where third-party MCPs do not exist or are insufficient.

What we expect

• 2+ years working inside Claude Code at depth — you have built MCPs, custom skills, and agent pipelines that other people use.
• Strong Python. Working JavaScript or TypeScript for MCP servers and tool integrations.
• Ability to read API docs and ship working integrations same day.
• Comfortable with the agentic mental model — sub-agents, hooks, slash commands, isolation modes, plan vs accept-edits, file vs in-memory state.
• Has shipped at least one production-grade agentic system you can point us to.
• India-based or willing to be paid in USD via Wise/Deel.

• If your 'AI experience' is mostly prompting ChatGPT or Claude on the web, do not apply.
• If you have never written a Python script that calls an API and processes output, this role is not for you.
• If you need clean specs handed to you, you will struggle here. Founder communicates direction in messy paragraphs.
• If you cannot show running code or a deployed system, do not apply.

Compensation

• Base: $15,000 – $30,000 USD per year, calibrated to experience and India market.
• 100% remote. Paid in USD via Wise or Deel.
• Quarterly performance bonus tied to workflow adoption — measured by usage by non-engineering team members.
• Senior IC track. No management responsibility unless you ask for it.
