Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.
About this role
Cavmir uses AI to help produce a lot of work: website pages, reports, captions, images and videos. Before anything reaches a client, a person checks that it makes sense. That is this job. In the industry it is also called an AI evaluator or a human-in-the-loop reviewer.
You do not need technical skills. You need good judgment, a careful eye and plain common sense. We give you a checklist for each kind of work, and you tell us what is right, what is wrong and why.
What you will do
Review AI-made pages, reports, captions, images and videos against a simple checklist.
Flag anything that does not make sense, contradicts itself, or does not match the source it came from.
Spot images that look fake or wrong: extra fingers, melted furniture, text that is gibberish, a beach in a mountain town.
Rate each item and write one or two plain sentences on what to fix.
Notice patterns (the same mistake again and again) and report them.
What you need
Good reading English. You can tell when a sentence sounds wrong.
A careful eye for detail and the patience to check things properly.
Honesty: you mark a mistake even when it would be easier to pass it.
A computer and reliable internet.
Nice to have
Experience in proofreading, data labeling, quality checks or content moderation.
Interest in travel, hotels or design.
How you will work
Remote, from United States, Canada or Mexico.
Hours: North American business hours, with at least four hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
Full-time or part-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.
This role is not for you if
You would rather approve quickly than check carefully.
