What Goes on Your Channel
Two kinds of video. Shorts are vertical clips under a minute: the pool at sunset, the kitchen set for dinner, the walk to the beach. They are cut from the same footage as your Instagram Reels, so one set of material feeds both.
Narrated videos are longer. A voiceover walks through the home, the neighborhood or the season, and the script is written from facts on your own website and your fact sheet, so nothing is said that you would not say yourself. Typical subjects are a tour of the property, how to get there, what is nearby, and what the place is like in each season.
Why YouTube Matters for a Rental
People search YouTube for places, and Google shows videos in its own results for many travel searches. A video that answers a guest's question about your area can be found long after it goes up.
Every video description links to your own website, not to a listing on Airbnb or Vrbo, so a viewer who wants to book lands where you keep the whole booking.
How Each Video Is Published
Each video gets a plain title that says what it shows, a description with a link to your site, chapters for the longer videos, captions, tags and a place in a playlist. The cover is made from a real frame of that video, set in your colors, so what people see before they click is what they get.
After a video goes live we open its public page and check that every field shows the way it should.
Your Channel, Your Account
The channel belongs to your business. If you already have one, we use it. If you do not, we set one up in your business's name. We work on it through YouTube's own permissions for managers, and you never hand over a password.
What We Need From You
Your listing photos and any footage you have, even phone clips. Your fact sheet, so the scripts are right. And your approval of the style of the first video, so the channel looks the way you want from the start.
Who It Is For
Owners and managers with a property worth showing in motion: a view, a pool, a setting, a town people travel to see. It suits a single home as well as a collection, and it works best alongside a direct booking site, so the people a video wins over have somewhere to book.
What to Expect
YouTube rewards steady publishing over months. Some videos find viewers in days, most take longer, and we do not promise view counts. Your monthly Google Analytics report shows the visits your site gets from YouTube, so you can see whether the channel is sending people your way.
