What these studies are — and aren’t

Every study on this page is a real engagement: a real owner, a real property, work we actually shipped. The markets range from Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, and Paraty to Key West, Santo Domingo, and Sedona. The scales range just as widely — a three-chalet hillside property, a single penthouse, a market-leading island portfolio, a brokerage that needed an entire platform. Cavmir is an airbnb marketing agency, not a property manager, so what you’ll see in every study is the marketing layer: the brand, the presentation, the website, and the channels — built so the property fills its own calendar.

The approach doesn’t change with the budget. Each engagement starts with positioning — what the property stands for and who it’s for — then makes the product photograph and read like it means it, then puts it in front of the right audiences and keeps the relationship on ground the owner controls. You’ll recognize that same sequence whether the study is a $15,000 styling sprint or a multi-language platform build.

A note on numbers, because case study pages are where marketing agencies usually get creative: where a figure is printed here, it’s one our client agreed to publish. Several engagements are private by design, and their pages say so plainly. We’d rather show you fewer numbers than invented ones — so as you read, look for the shape of each story instead: what the owner was dealing with, what we changed, and what happened next. Live sites and full photo galleries are linked wherever they exist, and they’re the best evidence we can offer.

The Approach

How We Run
Every Engagement

Every property is different — the system we use to grow it is not. The same four disciplines show up in every case study above.

🎯
Position
We don't market listings, we market brands. Every engagement starts by deciding what the property stands for and who it is for.
📸
Produce
Photography, copy, and a direct-booking presence that actually reflect the quality of the physical product.
🌐
Distribute
The full Cavmir channel stack — OTAs, premium platforms, Google, influencer stays — tuned to the property's ideal guest.
📈
Compound
Every channel we build feeds the next. The goal isn't a spike — it's a brand that gets more efficient every year.
The Pattern

What the studies show together

Read enough of these and the same physics show up in every market. Properties win when they stop renting their identity from a results page. The listing platforms stay in the mix in nearly every study — they’re unmatched at introducing a property to strangers — but the engagements that compound are the ones where the brand keeps the relationship: a name guests remember, a site the owner controls, photography that carries both, and channels that all pull toward the same identity.

The second pattern is sequence. The styling makes the photography possible; the photography makes the website work; the website collects the audience; and the audience makes every future channel cheaper. None of the studies above skipped steps — the $15,000 refresh and the full platform build both ran the same order at different scales. That’s also why the work holds up after launch: each piece was built to feed the next, not to be a deliverable in a folder.

And where results stay private, the pattern is still visible in the work itself. Open the galleries, visit the live sites, and judge the way a guest would — in the first ten seconds, before any copy gets a say.
