The penthouse was on Airbnb doing about $3,500 a month, every room painted flat white. Cavmir was brought in for a fast, budget-disciplined fix — color where it counted (a green kitchen, a pink-and-black living room), real lighting, plants, upgraded bedding and towels, and custom condiments. Enough to make it photograph and host like a property people seek out by name. Inside 90 days it was averaging about $11,000 a month.
