What We Post
Each video carries one idea: the view from the deck, the kitchen at breakfast, the walk to the water, a place nearby that guests love, the season that is coming. Text on screen is short and plain, so the video makes sense with the sound off.
We never show something the property does not have. No stock footage is passed off as your home, and no amenity appears that a guest will not find when they arrive.
How the Videos Are Made
We work from your listing photos and any footage you have. Some shots are animated from your photos with AI video tools, then checked frame by frame so nothing is invented. Phone footage you send is edited in.
Business accounts on TikTok may only use music cleared for commercial use, so we choose from TikTok's Commercial Music Library or music we are licensed to use.
Captions and Search
TikTok is searched like a search engine: people type a town, a type of stay or a feature they want. Each caption says those things in plain words, with a few specific hashtags rather than a wall of them.
Your Account and Access
The account belongs to your business. If you have one, we use it; if not, we help you set one up in your business's name. We agree with you at the start how the videos reach your account, and you never share your password with us.
Where TikTok Fits
TikTok is where people first notice a place. Your profile links to your own website, where they can see dates and book. The same footage also feeds your Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, so one month of material works on three channels.
Who It Is For
Properties with something you can show in a few seconds: a view, a pool, a design, a setting. It suits places that draw younger travelers and groups, and places with a season worth showing off. If your guests are mostly business travelers on short stays, your money will usually do more on Google.
What to Expect
Some videos travel far and most do not; that is how TikTok works. We post on schedule, look at what people watched, and make more of what worked. Your monthly Google Analytics report shows the visits your site gets from TikTok. We do not promise views or followers.
