How Cavmir Collects and Verifies Feedback
Every review you read about Cavmir lives on a platform we do not control. Google, Clutch, and Trustpilot hold the review on their servers, under their rules — we cannot edit what you write, bury it, reorder it, or take it down. That is exactly why we send clients there instead of publishing testimonials on our own page, where every agency in the world is five stars.
The ask itself is the same for every client: when an engagement wraps and the deliverables are live, we ask once for an honest review. No follow-up drip, and no incentives — no discounts, gift cards, or service credits in exchange for stars. Incentivized reviews break the platforms' own rules, and they would quietly make the genuine ones worthless.
We also do not gate. Review gating — surveying clients privately first and steering only the happy ones toward a public platform — is common in the agency world and against Google's review policies. Everyone gets the same links on this page. The private email at the bottom exists because problems get solved faster in a conversation than in a comment thread, not to keep criticism out of view.
Feedback also has a job inside the agency. Public or private, it lands in the same place: the retrospective the team runs when an engagement closes. Praise tells us which parts of the process to protect; criticism tells us what to fix before the next client meets it. If you take two minutes to write something honest, it gets read by the people who did the work — not filed by a coordinator.
And nothing on this page is invented. No stock-photo faces, no first-name-and-initial quotes. Our Google and Clutch profiles are young — both still in setup — so the honest state today is few public reviews, growing the slow way. While that builds, the case studies carry the evidence: real properties, named and shown, with the work documented.
The platforms add their own verification on top. Clutch interviews reviewers before publishing verified reviews, Trustpilot moderates against its guidelines, and Google ties every review to a signed-in account. None of it is airtight — but stacked with a no-incentive, no-gating policy, it keeps the picture honest.

What Clients Typically Engage Us For
If you are writing a review and wondering what to say, specifics beat adjectives. The next owner reading it wants three things: what you hired us for, what market your property sits in, and what changed.
Most engagements take one of a handful of shapes: a brand built from scratch — naming, identity, brand guidelines; a direct booking website designed and written for the property; airbnb listing optimization — copy, photo direction, and positioning on the OTAs; ongoing vacation rental SEO and content; social media run month to month; or paid campaigns on Google and Meta. Some clients hire one service as a project. Others run the full system, reviewed on a monthly rhythm.
A useful review names the service, the property type, and the market, and says plainly what changed — including what we could have done better. Mixed reviews read as real because they are. Praise without specifics helps nobody, including us.
Timing helps too. A review written the week your website launches can honestly grade the process: communication, timelines, craft, whether we did what we said we would. One written after a full season can grade something better — what changed in the calendar. Both are welcome. If you are unsure it is the right moment, that usually means the results are still arriving; write the process review now and update it later. Every platform on this page allows edits.
And if you landed here researching Cavmir rather than reviewing it: welcome. Read everything, then judge us on the work itself in the case studies. The strategy call is free and starts with your listing, not a pitch.
