A five-bedroom villa on St. Croix, built to book direct
The Cerulean is a five-bedroom oceanfront villa on the East End of St. Croix — a private beach, a pool above the sea, and the reef a few feet out. Kurt wanted it to stand on its own domain. We built a cinematic, motion-driven site wrapped in a deep St. Croix travel guide, engineered to win the trip-planning searches and hand them straight to the booking button.
St. Croix is a U.S. territory, so U.S. travelers need no passport — the one fact that reframes the whole Caribbean search. We built the site to own it, then layered the villa on top: the house, the private beach, the guest cottage, and everything the East End is near.
Around the property we built a real content engine — dozens of fact-checked guides to the island’s beaches, forts, food, and logistics, plus a set of “fly from your city” pages tracking the real nonstop routes into St. Croix. The kind of depth that gets a single villa found on its own island.
