Thirteen Orlando houses, booked direct with live prices
Libema Properties rents thirteen furnished, whole houses on the city side of Orlando by the night, the week or the month: to travel nurses and relocating employees, corporate and insurance stays, work crews, and families on a park trip. We rebuilt their website around one idea: every home, photo, open date and price comes straight from Hospitable, the system the homes already run on, so the site always shows what can actually be booked.
Pick dates on the site and every house answers with whether it’s free and what the stay costs. Each home page quotes the exact total for the dates and party size, and our quotes match Hospitable’s own checkout to the cent. The site refreshes itself from Hospitable, so a new photo or a price change shows up without anyone touching it.
For the guests who come to Orlando for work, we built a corporate-housing hub: a page for each of 59 of the region’s largest employers, with the drive time from every home, pages for the major hospitals, and monthly agreements in the company’s name with itemized receipts.
Around the homes sit Orlando neighborhood and area guides, a page for every kind of stay, and the guest reviews. The new site took over Libema’s old domain without breaking its links: the old pages forward to their new addresses.
