Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.

About this role

You will run Tumblr only: Cavmir's blog and our clients' blogs. Tumblr rewards people who understand its culture, and we want someone who does.

What you will do

• Set up and look after Tumblr blogs: theme, description, links and pages.
• Publish posts on a steady schedule from approved photos, videos and articles.
• Tag every post well so it is found in Tumblr search and tag pages.
• Reblog and engage with travel, design and hospitality communities in a genuine way.
• Track followers, notes and visits back to the website, and report monthly.
• Keep every blog free of spam, broken links and outdated posts.

What you need

• Real experience on Tumblr, ideally running a blog for a brand or a community.
• Good written English and an ear for each platform's tone.
• Reliable internet and your own computer.

Nice to have

• Travel, photography or interior design blogs.
• Basic HTML for Tumblr themes.

How you will work

• Remote. We hire in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
• Hours: Hours agreed with your manager; most of the work happens in US Eastern business hours.
• Full-time or part-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.

• You plan to post and walk away. Tumblr growth comes from taking part.
