Cavmir Sales Partner Program

Keep 25% of every project you sell.

Cavmir builds brands, direct-booking websites and marketing for short-term rentals and boutique hotels. You bring the owner and book the meeting. We run the call, the quote and the work. You earn 25% of the project, 30% once you are closing steadily, and 10% of the client’s monthly plan for a year. Commission-only, no quota, no exclusivity.

Who this is for

Sellers with owner relationships

The sales track is for people who can book owner meetings on their own. Cavmir does the rest.

  • Real estate agents and brokers who work with investors
  • Co-host and property-management companies with owner networks
  • Short-term rental consultants, coaches and course creators
  • Former SDRs and account executives who want a product with a price list
  • Bilingual sellers in Florida, Texas, California and Latin America
  • Anyone who can book ten owner meetings a month

You do not need a license, a company or a territory. You need owners who take your call.

How a deal works

Five steps

01

Register the prospect

Email [email protected] with the owner’s name, property and market, and your partner code. The prospect is yours for 180 days.

02

Book the meeting

A 30-minute call with Cavmir. Join it or hand it off; either way the deal stays credited to you.

03

We quote

Cavmir sends the proposal at the published price. You can present it yourself if that works better with your client.

04

The client signs and pays

Standard Cavmir project terms. You do not collect money or hold a deposit.

05

You are paid

As each payment clears, your 25% is paid out. The monthly-plan share follows for 12 months.

What you get

Your sales kit

Sent at onboarding, updated when the price list changes.

01

A partner code

On every registration and every introduction, so the deal is credited to you.

02

The price list and package sheet

The published packages, what is in each one, and your share next to every line.

03

Case studies and the brokers page

Real builds to send before the call, and a page written for brokers and agents.

04

An audit report on request

Ask us for a Cavmir audit of a prospect’s website and listings before the meeting.

05

An onboarding call and a named contact

Nancy at [email protected]. Deal questions are answered by a person.

06

A short agreement

Two pages of contractor terms, the percentages and the windows on this page. Nothing to buy.

The terms, plainly

The terms of the sales track

What goes in the Sales Partner Agreement, in plain words.

The money
  • 25% of the project total on money Cavmir actually collects, paid as it clears.
  • 30% from the first day of the quarter after you have closed 3 projects in a rolling quarter.
  • 10% of the client’s monthly plan for the first 12 months, paid each month the client pays.
  • 180-day window from the day you register a prospect by email. The first written registration wins.
  • Promotions count. If the client buys at a seasonal price, your percentage applies to that price.
  • Refunds. If Cavmir refunds a payment within 30 days, the share paid on it is deducted from your next payout.
  • 6-month tail. If either side ends the agreement, prospects you registered that sign within 6 months still pay you.
The relationship
  • Independent partner, not an employee. No base, no benefits, no set hours. You handle your own taxes; US partners receive a 1099, partners abroad invoice.
  • Non-exclusive, no quota. Keep your brokerage, your agency or your job. The 30% rate is an incentive, not a requirement.
  • Cavmir quotes and signs. You do not set prices, collect money or make promises on Cavmir’s behalf.
  • Confidential. Prospect details, client lists and deal terms stay between us.
  • No poaching. For two years you do not sell the clients and prospects you meet through Cavmir to a competing agency.
  • Either side can end it at any time. Earned shares and the 6-month tail survive.
  • A fee for marketing services. Not real estate, no brokerage, no RESPA question.

Questions

Sales partner FAQ

Is there a base salary or a draw?

No. The sales track is commission-only. There is no base, no draw and no benefits. In return there is no quota, no set hours and no exclusivity.

When am I paid?

As the client’s payments clear. A project paid in instalments pays your 25% in the same instalments. The monthly-plan share is paid each month the client pays, for the first 12 months.

Do I get leads from Cavmir?

No. Inbound leads from cavmir.com stay with the Cavmir team. The sales track pays you for the clients you bring, which is why the rates are higher than the referral track.

Do I need a real estate license?

No. Many sales partners are licensed agents and brokers, but this is a fee for marketing services, not real estate brokerage, so a license is neither required nor a conflict.

Can I do this alongside my brokerage or my job?

Yes. The agreement is non-exclusive and you control your own hours. You only agree not to sell the clients you meet through Cavmir to a competing agency.

Who runs the sales call?

Cavmir does. You book the meeting and can join it or hand it off. Cavmir sends the proposal at list price; you can present it if you prefer.

What if two partners register the same prospect?

The first written registration wins. Register by email before the first meeting and put your partner code in the subject line.

Can I work outside the United States?

Yes. Cavmir works in 462 markets across the United States and abroad. Partners outside the US invoice Cavmir instead of receiving a 1099.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short Sales Partner Agreement with the terms on this page: contractor status, the percentages, the 180-day registration window, confidentiality and a 6-month tail if you leave.
