Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.
About this role
Our writers use AI tools to draft quickly. We still need a human behind every word: someone who checks every fact against a source, cuts what sounds machine-made, and makes the copy sound like the brand.
You will write and edit website pages, local guides, blog posts, social captions and emails for luxury vacation rentals, hotels and Cavmir itself.
What you will do
Turn briefs and AI drafts into finished copy that is accurate, specific and easy to read.
Check every claim (a distance, an amenity, a price, a date) against a real source before it ships.
Write page titles and headings that say plainly what the page is about.
Match each client's voice, from relaxed beach house to formal boutique hotel.
Edit for search: the words guests type into Google and AI assistants, used naturally.
Keep a fact list for each client so the next writer can trust it.
What you need
Native-level written English.
Two or more years writing for brands, an agency or a publication. Send samples.
Experience using AI writing tools, and the judgment to know when the draft is wrong.
A habit of checking facts. You never guess a number.
Reliable internet and your own computer.
Nice to have
Travel, hospitality, real estate or interior design writing.
Spanish or Portuguese (especially for the South America seat).
SEO writing experience.
How you will work
Remote, from United States, Canada or Mexico.
Hours: North American business hours, with at least four hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
Full-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.
This role is not for you if
You paste AI output and call it done.
Cutting your own favourite sentence hurts too much.
