Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.

About this role

Pinterest is a search engine for travel ideas, and it sends visitors to our clients' websites for months after a pin goes up. You will run Pinterest only: Cavmir's account and our clients' accounts.

What you will do

• Set up and look after Pinterest business accounts: profile, claimed website, boards and rich pins.
• Name boards and write pin titles and descriptions for what travellers actually search.
• Publish pins on a steady weekly rhythm and plan seasonal content 60 to 90 days ahead.
• Keep boards organised and remove broken or outdated pins.
• Read Pinterest Analytics each month and report what to keep, change or drop.
• Watch for spam flags or account problems and fix them quickly.

What you need

• Experience running a Pinterest business account for a brand or clients.
• Good written English and a feel for search keywords.
• Taste in images: you can tell a pin that will be saved from one that will be ignored.
• Reliable internet and your own computer.

Nice to have

• Travel, interior design or hospitality accounts.
• Basic design skills for pin graphics.

How you will work

• Remote. We hire in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
• Hours: Hours agreed with your manager; most of the work happens in US Eastern business hours.
• Full-time or part-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.

This role is not for you if

• You see Pinterest as a place to dump the same post from Instagram.
