Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.

About this role

Our clients own and manage vacation rentals and boutique hotels around the world, and they expect quick, clear answers. We are opening five customer service seats, one in each region, so every client reaches a person in their own business hours.

You will be the first person a client talks to: you answer questions, help new clients get started, collect what our team needs, and make sure nothing is left waiting.

What you will do

• Answer client emails, messages and calls during your region's business hours.
• Help new clients through onboarding: what we need from them, how to give us access, what happens next.
• Collect photos, documents, approvals and account access (never passwords), and file them in the right place.
• Send each request to the right team member and follow up until it is done.
• Keep clear notes of every conversation so the next person has the full picture.
• Spot an unhappy client early and tell your manager the same day.

What you need

• One or more years in customer service, client relations, hospitality or front-office work.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Organised, calm and kind under pressure.
• Able to work your region's business hours from home.
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to take calls, and your own computer.

Nice to have

• Experience with hotels, vacation rentals, travel or a marketing agency.
• A second language used by clients in your region.

How you will work

• Remote, from Philippines, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh.
• Hours: Asian business hours, so clients in Asia and the Middle East get answers in their own day.
• Full-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.

This role is not for you if

• Written English is hard for you. Most of the work is writing.
• You prefer a script to thinking for yourself.
