Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels and the people who own and manage them. We build direct-booking websites and run SEO, GEO (getting found in AI search), digital PR, content, social media and video for clients in the United States and abroad. We are growing fast and hiring across time zones, so clients get answers in their own business hours.

About this role

Cavmir is hiring in many countries at once. You will run hiring and people operations for a remote team spread over many countries and time zones, and make it feel organised for everyone.

What you will do

• Run hiring end to end: job posts, screening, interview scheduling, offers and references.
• Onboard new team members so they are productive in their first week.
• Keep contractor and employment paperwork correct for each country we hire in.
• Write and maintain clear policies: time off, conduct, security and confidentiality.
• Coordinate pay with finance and our outside providers.
• Handle concerns fairly and keep confidential records.

What you need

• Four or more years in HR or recruiting, including remote or international teams.
• Experience hiring contractors and employees in more than one country.
• Excellent written English and discretion.
• Organised enough to run many hiring pipelines at once.

Nice to have

• Experience in agencies, hospitality or fast-growing small companies.
• Spanish or Portuguese.

How you will work

• Remote. We hire in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
• Hours: Hours agreed with your manager; most of the work happens in US Eastern business hours.
• Full-time. Contract terms depend on the country you live in.

• You need an established HR department around you.
