Privacy Policy

Cavmir ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit cavmir.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

  • Contact information you voluntarily submit (name, email, phone) through our contact and inquiry forms
  • Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, referring URL
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (Google Analytics, etc.)

How We Use It

  • To respond to inquiries and service requests
  • To improve website performance and user experience
  • To send service-related communications (never sold to third parties)
  • To analyze traffic patterns and optimize content

Cookies

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics) who process it on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality.

Social Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram)

Some clients connect their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to Cavmir's social posting service. When a client does this through Meta's platform, we receive and store three things: the Facebook Page ID, the Instagram professional account ID, and an access token that authorizes us to publish on the client's behalf. We use this data for one purpose: publishing the content the client approved to the client's own accounts.

  • We do not sell, license, or transfer platform data to any third party
  • We do not use platform data for advertising or to train AI models
  • We do not collect follower lists, audience data, messages, or anything about anyone other than the connected business account

Access tokens are stored as encrypted secrets, never in client-facing pages or source code. We keep platform data only while the client's subscription is active and delete it within 30 days of disconnection or cancellation. Clients can disconnect at any time from their dashboard, revoke access in their Facebook settings, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This site is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has submitted personal data through our site, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days.

European Visitors (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Brazilian Visitors (LGPD)

Under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados). United Kingdom Visitors (UK GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom, your personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. UAE / Dubai Visitors (PDPL)

If you are in the United Arab Emirates, your personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). South African Visitors (POPIA)

If you are in South Africa, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013). You have the right to access and correct your personal information, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za. Mexican Visitors (LFPDPPP)

If you are in Mexico, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). You have ARCO rights: to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Object to the processing of your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights. You may also file a complaint with the INAI (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales).

Other US State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other US states with applicable privacy laws have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.
