Cavmir's founder has been doing all of the agency's operational work himself, inside Claude Code. We are hiring the operator to take that work off his desk and own it. You will not learn Claude Code on this job — you should already be using it daily for your own work before you apply. Then you take over: agency directory listings (Sortlist, Clutch, BBB, G2, GoodFirms), job posting on every platform we hire from (Indeed, LinkedIn, Upwork), Google Business Profile maintenance, social handle setup and verification, vendor research, and any other agent-driven operational task that comes up.
What you'll own
Drive end-to-end operational work through Claude Code — directory listings, job posts, profile management, social setup, vendor research.
Orchestrate sub-agents for specialized work: research agents for vendor due diligence, drafting agents for outreach, image agents for asset prep.
Maintain operational documentation in Markdown — no Notion, no Confluence, no SaaS that locks our work behind a login.
Run a daily check-in via Claude Code text report: what shipped, what is blocked, what is queued.
Take messy verbal direction from the founder and translate it into structured Claude Code workflows that can be re-run later.
Build reusable agent skills as you go — every recurring task ends up as a documented skill so the next person can run it.
What we expect
You are already a daily Claude Code user. Not 'I tried it once' — daily.
You have built or modified at least one custom skill, agent, hook, or MCP integration. Show us.
Process-oriented mind. You see workflows everywhere and document them without being asked.
Strong written English. You will be drafting in our brand voice and corresponding with US-based vendors.
Comfortable working autonomously across timezone overlap with US Eastern.
Philippines-based or willing to be paid in USD via Wise/Deel.
If this role is not for you
If your AI experience is limited to chatting with ChatGPT or claude.ai in a browser, this is the wrong seat.
If you have never written a Python or shell script, you will struggle in week one.
If you need a manager standing over you to ship, this role is not for you. Founder bandwidth is the constraint we are solving.
Compensation
Base: $8,000 – $14,000 USD per year, calibrated to experience and Philippines market.
100% remote. Paid in USD via Wise or Deel.
Quarterly performance bonus tied to ops throughput — number of platforms launched, time saved on founder calendar.
Direct relationship with the founder. You will be the person he asks to do the next thing.
