About this role

Instagram is the single most decisive surface for short-term rental discovery. Cavmir is hiring a specialist whose entire focus is Instagram — feed, stories, reels, broadcast channels, collabs. You will turn real footage from the creative team into a coherent, premium feed per property — work with genuine editorial taste that never looks generic.

What you'll own

  • Own the Instagram strategy and execution for every Cavmir client account — feed, reels, stories, broadcast channels.
  • Produce a polished content mix per property: real photography, B-roll, and reels cut into a coherent feed.
  • Maintain a defensible visual standard. Nothing publishes that looks generic, off-brand, or recognizably AI in the wrong way.
  • Run reels A/B tests on hooks, captions, sounds, and thumbnails — report what works in numbers, not opinions.
  • Manage Instagram collaborations with influencers and partner brands flagged by the marketing team.
  • Stay 30 days ahead of platform changes — new formats, new features, new monetization rails.

What we expect

  • 3+ years running brand Instagram accounts at scale. Personal accounts do not count.
  • A sharp eye for motion, pacing, and sound design in short-form video.
  • You have shipped at least one reel above 1M views or grown a brand account from <10K to 100K+ organic followers.
  • Editorial taste. You understand why certain visual references work and others read as cheap.
  • CapCut and Premiere Rush fluency. You can edit a 30-second reel from scratch in under 90 minutes.
  • Hospitality, fashion, travel, or luxury brand background preferred.
