About this role

Cavmir is hiring a Social Media Manager to handle the daily execution across our client roster — posting, scheduling, community management, hashtag strategy, story sequences, and weekly performance reporting. You will manage 4–8 client accounts at a time, depending on complexity.

What you'll own

  • Plan, write, and schedule weekly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for assigned clients.
  • Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) using existing footage from the creative team.
  • Reply to comments, DMs, and community questions on each client account within agreed SLA windows.
  • Run hashtag, caption, and posting-time experiments and report what works in plain numbers.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director and on-site photographers for content gathering needs.
  • Deliver a one-page weekly performance report per client with growth, engagement, saves, and bookings attributed.

What we expect

  • 3+ years running brand or agency social accounts — show us the handles you have personally managed.
  • You can show measurable account growth on at least one account (followers, reach, or saves moved by 3–10x).
  • Native fluency with CapCut or Premiere Rush, Canva or Figma, and the native scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio).
  • Sharp written voice. You can match a brand tone in three drafts or fewer.
  • Self-managed. You run your own calendar and hit deadlines without reminders.
  • Comfort with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
