You do not need our permission to refer to Cavmir truthfully — to say you are a Cavmir client, to review our work, or to report the news. You do need our written permission to use any Cavmir name or logo in a way that could suggest we produced, endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with something we are not.
The Cavmir wordmark and the Cavmir rocket device are provided only in approved forms. When you have been authorized to use them:
Cavmir actively monitors the market for misuse of its marks and takes the protection of its brand seriously. Unauthorized use of a Cavmir mark — or of any mark, name, logo, or design that is confusingly similar — may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, false designation of origin, and trademark dilution under federal and state law, and may also infringe Cavmir’s copyright in its logos and artwork.
Where the priority of a mark depends on first use, Cavmir relies on and asserts the date it first used that mark in commerce. Cavmir reserves every remedy available to it, including sending notice, demanding that the use stop, seeking the transfer of infringing domains and accounts, and pursuing injunctive relief, an accounting of profits, damages, and its costs and fees. Nothing on this page waives or limits any of Cavmir’s rights, and Cavmir’s decision not to act against one use is not a waiver of its right to act against another.
Partners, resellers, press, and event organizers who need to use a Cavmir name or logo beyond ordinary truthful reference should request written permission before publishing. Approved partners receive brand assets and usage terms under a separate agreement. Send requests through the contact form, addressed to Cavmir Legal & Compliance.
