Cavmir is hiring an exclusive Business Development Representative for the Florida territory (FL). You will originate, qualify, and close STR property owners and small portfolios into Cavmir's marketing services. Florida is the #1 US STR state by raw bookings. The rep who serves Cavmir's home territory has both the deepest pipeline and the closest internal support.
What you'll own
Own all outbound and inbound BD activity within the Florida territory. No other rep operates here.
Originate, qualify, pitch, and close STR property owners and operators in Miami, Orlando, Florida Keys, 30A, Destin, Naples, Tampa and adjacent markets.
Build a pipeline of 30+ active prospects at any time, with documented stages and follow-up cadence.
Attend regional STR investor meet-ups, Airbnb host conferences, and real estate networking events on your own initiative.
Report weekly: pipeline movement, deals in flight, deals closed, deals lost and the reason.
Stay current on local market dynamics — STR regulations, competing agencies, fee benchmarks.
Coordinate handoff to the Cavmir delivery team after close. Clean transitions, no surprises.
What we expect
3+ years closing B2B services into the hospitality, real estate, or STR space, ideally with established relationships in Florida.
Verifiable track record of substantial personally-closed annual contract value in B2B services.
Local knowledge of Florida. You know who owns what, who runs what, and who is currently dissatisfied.
Polished verbal and written communication. You can hold a steakhouse conversation and write a clean follow-up email.
Self-directed. You build your own pipeline. We do not hand you leads.
You back yourself to close, and you thrive owning a territory end to end.
If this role is not for you
If you have never owned a sales territory end to end, this seat will be a difficult fit.
If your pipeline-building experience is limited to inbound leads handed to you by marketing, this role will expose that quickly.
If you do not have existing relationships or a clear plan to build them in Florida, do not apply.
