Cavmir is hiring an exclusive Business Development Representative for the Northeast territory (NY, NJ, MA). You will originate, qualify, and close STR property owners and small portfolios into Cavmir's marketing services. Some of the highest per-night rates in the US sit in the Hamptons and Cape Cod. NYC itself is regulated heavily — focus is the seasonal escape markets.
What you'll own
Own all outbound and inbound BD activity within the Northeast territory. No other rep operates here.
Originate, qualify, pitch, and close STR property owners and operators in Hamptons, Hudson Valley, Catskills, Cape Cod, Berkshires, Jersey Shore and adjacent markets.
Build a pipeline of 30+ active prospects at any time, with documented stages and follow-up cadence.
Attend regional STR investor meet-ups, Airbnb host conferences, and real estate networking events on your own initiative.
Report weekly: pipeline movement, deals in flight, deals closed, deals lost and the reason.
Stay current on local market dynamics — STR regulations, competing agencies, fee benchmarks.
Coordinate handoff to the Cavmir delivery team after close. Clean transitions, no surprises.
What we expect
3+ years closing B2B services into the hospitality, real estate, or STR space, ideally with established relationships in Northeast.
Verifiable track record of substantial personally-closed annual contract value in B2B services.
Local knowledge of Northeast. You know who owns what, who runs what, and who is currently dissatisfied.
Polished verbal and written communication. You can hold a steakhouse conversation and write a clean follow-up email.
Self-directed. You build your own pipeline. We do not hand you leads.
You back yourself to close, and you thrive owning a territory end to end.
If this role is not for you
If you have never owned a sales territory end to end, this seat will be a difficult fit.
If your pipeline-building experience is limited to inbound leads handed to you by marketing, this role will expose that quickly.
If you do not have existing relationships or a clear plan to build them in Northeast, do not apply.
