What it means if you rent in Orlando

Most of the region's vacation homes sit outside city limits: Florida's state license file, which Cavmir also compiled, lists 2,765 vacation rental licenses in Kissimmee and 2,413 in Davenport. Inside Orlando the licensed hosts are few, and most of the early ones have closed. Those still renting have a short list of legal neighbors, and a site of their own makes it easier for a returning guest to find them again.

Turn a permit into bookings you keep

A permit lets you rent. Guests still have to find you, and every booking that comes through Airbnb or Vrbo pays the platform's fee. Cavmir builds websites for short-term rentals, including in Orlando: a site in your own brand that ranks for the searches guests make, with live direct booking from your PMS or a button that sends guests to your listing.
