Cavmir Connects Direct-Booking Websites to Hospitable

Hospitable hosts can now have a branded website that reads their homes, photos, reviews and prices from Hospitable and sends every booking back to Hospitable's checkout

Cavmir, a Miami marketing agency for vacation rentals and boutique hotels, now builds direct-booking websites on top of Hospitable, the property management software, and Hospitable has published its own Help Center guide to the connection. A host signs in to Hospitable, clicks Authorize, and the Cavmir website reads the host's homes, photos, reviews, calendar and prices from Hospitable. When a guest books, the website asks Hospitable for a live quote and sends the guest to Hospitable's checkout for that exact price. Hospitable stays the system of record for the host's homes, calendars, messaging and operations.

The connection is built on Hospitable's Public API. Hospitable gives Cavmir its own access to the host's account after the host signs in, so there is no token to create or paste, and Cavmir never sees the host's Hospitable password. Hospitable's article, “Connect Hospitable with Cavmir to build a direct booking website for your properties,” appears in the Hospitable Help Center under Integrations, Direct bookings integrations, and walks a host through the same steps.

The first site running on the connection belongs to Libema Property Rentals in Orlando, Florida. Its thirteen homes went live in October 2026 at libemapropertyrentals.com, each with its details, photos and guest reviews drawn from Hospitable, direct booking on the site, and Hospitable's checkout at the end. When Libema adds or edits a home in Hospitable, the website follows, so nobody maintains the same facts in two places.

“Hosts already run their business on Hospitable, and they should not have to move it to own their website,” said Dan Ross, Founder and Creative Director of Cavmir. “The website should read from the software they trust and hand the booking back to it. That is the whole idea.”

Hosts who want the website without a stand-alone booking engine can keep the tools they already use. The site reads the photos a host has set for Hospitable's Direct channel, in the order the host chose, and shows platform reviews with the host's replies. Availability, minimum stays and nightly prices come from the Hospitable calendar, and a search across all homes for a set of dates shows what is open. Promo codes entered by a guest work at Hospitable's checkout.

Cavmir designs and builds the brand, the website and the marketing that bring the next guest to it, including search, social media, press and AI-search work. Cavmir is a marketing agency. It does not manage properties, set rates or take payments, and the guest pays through Hospitable.

Hospitable hosts can ask Cavmir for a free audit of their listing, website and market. Hosts who go on to buy a Cavmir website package or monthly plan can take 10 percent off with the code HOSPITABLE10.

Cavmir has applied to list its integration on Hospitable's Apps page. Publication there is subject to Hospitable's review and testing, and nothing in this announcement should be read as a listing that Hospitable has approved. Hospitable's published description of itself is that it “helps short-term rental hosts and property managers automate guest communication, manage reservations and calendars across booking channels, and coordinate property operations.”

  • What the Cavmir website reads from Hospitable: homes and facts, photos in the host's order, reviews, live availability and prices
  • What it sends back: the guest, with a live quote, to Hospitable's checkout
  • How a host connects: sign in to Hospitable and click Authorize, with no token to paste
  • Live today: Libema Property Rentals, thirteen homes in Orlando, Florida

Hospitable is a trademark of its owner. Cavmir is an independent company and is not owned by or affiliated with Hospitable beyond this integration. Cavmir is a marketing agency and never manages properties. The description of the connection reflects Cavmir's pages at cavmir.com/integrations/hospitable/ and Hospitable's Help Center on the date of this release, and both may change.
