MIAMI, Fla. — Aug. 20, 2026 — Cavmir has brought two production capabilities in-house that marketing agencies usually farm out: cinematic property video built from a listing's own photos, and custom, on-brand location maps drawn from real geographic data.
The video work turns a property's existing photography into short, moving hero clips and social cuts, the home and its setting brought to life without a film crew on site. Cavmir's rule for the work is that the motion has to look real: no artificial sparkle, no fake weather, nothing a guest would feel misled by on arrival.
The maps replace the generic embedded map most rental sites use with a branded, legible illustration of where a property sits, the beach, the town, the drive times, built from real map data rather than a screenshot.
Both are things Cavmir kept needing across its portfolio and could control better, and price better for clients, by owning them.
