Airbnb Amenities That Get You Found

Cover of the Cavmir video Airbnb Amenities That Get You Found

The video plays from YouTube when you press play. Nothing loads from YouTube before that.

Five ticked boxes took one Airbnb search from 1,000+ homes to 32. Which amenities guests filter by, and what a hot tub is worth.

Guests don't scroll all of Airbnb. They open Filters and tick boxes, and a home without those boxes drops out of that search. In this lesson Hal Whitlock walks through one live Sedona, Arizona search, Airbnb's own list of the amenities guests search for most, what AirDNA measured for a hot tub, and the cheap amenities that have a filter of their own.
